    Fusion Charter is privileged to be a partner and Cohort 3 member of Summit Learning, a non-profit educational foundation serving schools nationwide. Summit provides an online platform with individualized skills and mentoring tools with teacher-led project-based instruction. Summit engages students and improves college/career readiness.  Students in Grades 6-9 use Summit Learning in Fusion’s daily instructional on campus.

    • Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) is a law that prohibits discrimination based on sex; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI) is a law that prohibits discrimination based on race, color, and national origin; and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) are laws that prohibit discrimination based on disability.
